Tetrasense Shipping Policy

At Tetrasense, we strive to ensure prompt and efficient delivery of our products to customers across the United States. Our fulfillment operations are managed through Barrett Distribution Centers, a third-party logistics (3PL) provider based in Memphis, TN (www.barrettdistribution.com).

Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST are typically shipped the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Customers will receive an order confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping options and costs vary based on order size, weight, and destination. Please refer to available shipping methods at checkout for the most accurate pricing and delivery estimates.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.
Orders with high-value items may require a signature upon delivery.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

If an order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging.
If tracking information indicates a package has been delivered but has not been received, please contact the carrier and our customer support team for assistance.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other external factors beyond our control.
