Tetrasense Warranty & Return Policy

Tetrasense Device Warranty

  • The Tetrasense device is covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
  • This warranty covers any malfunctions or defects in materials or workmanship.
  • The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, including but not limited to:
    • Dropping the device
    • Submersion in liquid
    • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • If your device malfunctions within the one-year warranty period, contact our support team for troubleshooting and potential replacement.
  • If your device fails after one year, please contact customer support to discuss potential repair or replacement options.

Test Kits & Tetracells Return Policy

  • Due to the nature of disposable test kits, they can only be returned if unopened and in their original packaging.
  • The expiration date must be at least 90 days from the return request date (as indicated on the label).
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product received).

Return Process

  • Contact our customer support team at support@tetra-sense.com to initiate a return or warranty claim.
  • Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and details about the issue.
  • If approved, you will receive return instructions, including the shipping address.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your replacement or refund in accordance with our policy.
